Preparing to be public

To make the company larger and professionally , lorena has been preparing PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport over last two years to go public. This year a Eka is preparing the IPO and it reportedly may be issued in the first half of 2014. In the IPO the company plans to raise rp 200 billions equal to 40% of shares. The proceeds will be mostly used to buy new fleets of Mercedes Benz and busses. After Eka Sari Transport, Eka also plans to bring ESL Express and ESL logistics public as well, in about two more years. " My parents taught me that we could have a big Dream.
